Kirsten Koehn, GISP
Asset Management & GIS Director
Kirsten has extensive experience in GIS and database analysis, as well as programming
and application development. She has knowledge and experience with Geographic Information
Systems (GIS) including ESRI's ArcGIS 9.0, 8.x, ArcView 3.x, ARC/INFO and 3D Analyst, Spatial
Analyst, Image Analyst and Network Analyst extensions.
Ben Philbrook
GIS Analyst
Ben combines work with ArcGIS programs, map production, and field collection with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies: Values, Planning and Policy from the University of Central Florida. In addition to competency with general computer applications, he has experience with ArcView 9.2, 9.1, and ArcPad 7.1.
Ryan Francoforte
GIS Analyst
Ryan recently received his Master’s Certificate in GIS from Penn State where his coursework involved
Problem Solving with GIS, GIS Database Development, and Environmental Applications of GIS. In addition
to general computer applications, he has experience with ArcGIS 9.1, ArcView and Spatial Analyst.
