Bart Williamson brings over 5 years of project and personnel management experience and proven ability to assume challenging roles, perform in highly visible positions, work under pressure to meet deadlines and produce strong sustainable results. Bart experiences include customer service, productivity standards, resource allocation, budgetary reporting, employee performance, and quality standards. Bart has a BS from Indiana University, Indianapolis, IN.
Jamie Anderson

Jamie Anderson
Regional Manager, Denver, Colorado

Jamie Anderson has background in environmental engineering which includes wastewater system experience and a general understanding of water systems. She has five years of experience in environmental engineering and project management to go along with her degree in civil engineering and environmental issues. Jamie has a BS degree in Civil Engineering with Environmental Emphasis from the University of Wisconsin, WI.
Chris French

Chris French
Regional Manager, Boston, Massachusetts

With over 8 years experience in the geospatial industry and using the ESRI GIS software, Chris has developed strong skills in project management, spatial analysis, workflow design, geoprocessing, geodatabases, and data management in the energy and environmental sectors. His extensive knowledge and creative approaches have benefited clients from both the government and commercial sectors. Prior to joining DTS, he developed custom solutions for the renewable energy projects, specifically for planning and permitting of utility-scale wind farms. Chris holds a Bachelors Degree in Geography and a certificate in Geographic Information Science from the University of Colorado at Denver.
Bill Baldus

Bill Baldus
Florida Business Manager

Bill Baldus has over 30 years experience as a technology manager in both the public and private sector. Bill worked as a county IT Manager in Montana for over thirteen years and was responsible for the technology needs of over thirty departments in one of the fastest growing counties in the state. Before moving to Florida four years ago, Bill worked as part of the Administrative Systems Group for Montana State University. His background includes a number of large ERP implementations, GIS development, departmental management, requirements engineering, project management and applications developments. Bill attended William James University and has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ.
