Our Growth Management Tool is a web-based data management application that includes both spatial and non-spatial queries that allow the user to select a development of interest through three search mechanisms: (1) keyword search, (2) search by map, and (3) advanced search.
The tool enables users to find out detailed information about developments including type of development, square footage, details of the master plan, and development orders. The Growth Management Tool is also a Document Management system that allows the user to attach any number of documents to the base development shape and data record.
Once a development is selected, a project location map and associated information is displayed in PDF format. The file can be saved and sent to others or printed directly from the site.
The Growth Management Tool is a product used by engineers, planners, and developers in public and private agencies.
